5 rounds for time of:
21 Deadlifts, 115/85 lbs
12 Push Press, 115/85 lbs

Rompi il movimento più facile (gli stacchi da terra).
Limita il numero di set che devi fare sul push press.
Prendi i primi 2 round come un buy in  per poter andar forte negli ultimi 3.

DEADLIFTS
Cerca 3-4 sets.
Esempio: 7-7-6-1
PUSH PRESS

7-5 or 6-6
